Travel Information

Airfare

For our guests traveling from out-of-town, you should plan to book your own air travel. Please retain an itemized receipt to submit a request for reimbursement.    

Lodging

For our guests traveling from out-of-town, we recommend booking your hotel at Aloft Minneapolis (900 S Washington Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55415). This hotel is near our meeting location and has affordable rates.  Please retain an itemized receipt to submit a request for reimbursement.    

Ground Transportation

Ampact and the hotel are easily accessible from the airport by Uber/Lyft. It is about a 20-to-25-minute drive.

Travel Reimbursement

For our guests traveling from out-of-town, you may submit a reimbursement request for your travel expenses including lodging, airfare, ground transportation and per diem after the meeting. Itemized receipts will be required for lodging, airfare and ground transportation.

Additional Details

Building Access

Ampact is located in a secure building. Please enter through the front door (located off Washington Avenue) and utilize the call box inside the entryway to be buzzed in. The elevator is located to the right of the security doors, and the Ampact suite is on the 3rd floor.

Parking

Free surface parking is available in the lot in front of the building. If the lot is full, there is metered parking available on the street and a nearby ramp located at 1801 Bluff Street South ($7 per day).

Social Hour 

We will be hosting a social hour on Tuesday, March 28 beginning at 5pm at a location nearby (location still pending).  There will be heavy appetizers and a chance to network and connect with your colleagues.
